With over two decades in the beauty industry, Brittney D’Anelli built HEX Hair Studio as an expression of her commitment to artistry, education, sustainability, and whole-person care.
Specializing in transformative color, curly cutting, and customized extension work, Brittney creates results that feel intentional, wearable, and deeply personal. Her approach blends technical precision with honest consultation, long-term care, and a genuine care for the person in her chair.
As a Davines Educator and Ambassador, Brittney is known for her passion for sustainable beauty, NaturalTech, and thoughtful color education. She mentors both guests and stylists with transparency and integrity, creating a chair experience that is direct, engaging, and grounded in trust.
Outside the studio, Britt finds inspiration through travel, creative pursuits, time in the garden, and life with her partner and their lively crew of pets.

Reiki Master Teacher & Aura Photographer
Lexy Gillett is a Reiki Master Teacher, Aura Photographer, and holistic practitioner with a background in biology and the natural sciences. Her work blends intuitive energy healing with an earth-based perspective, supporting emotional release, nervous system regulation, and energetic alignment.
Each session is personalized and present, combining Reiki, breathwork, and body-based guidance to help guests reconnect with clarity, grounding, and balance.
Through Aura Photography, Lexy offers a visual snapshot of the energetic field, paired with thoughtful interpretation and intuitive insight. For those called to deepen their own practice, she also offers Reiki training, attunement courses, and mentorship in a grounded, supportive environment.
When she’s not at HEX, Lexy is usually outdoors with her pups, rock hounding, baking, or immersed in one of her many creative projects.

Blonding & Extension Specialist
Kelsey Castronova brings over fifteen years behind the chair, specializing in blonding, extensions, and lived-in color that feels dimensional, wearable, and easy to love beyond the salon.
Her work is soft but impactful, creating bright blondes, rich brunettes, seamless extensions, and color that moves naturally with your real life. She values honest consultation, clear communication, and helping each guest feel comfortable, confident, and genuinely excited about their hair.
Outside the studio, Kelsey is a proud mom, autoimmune warrior, flight attendant, and live music lover who travels with her partner whenever she can.
