HEX is proud to be a certified sustainable salon through the Green Circle program, recycling up 95% of daily salon waste, diverting it from landfills and waterways.
POLICIES

Before booking a color service, you will need to complete either an in-person or virtual consultation with your stylist. This allows us to properly quote for the time needed to achieve your hair goals.

Guests must keep a card on file with us at all times to honor their reservation in the event of a no show or late cancelation.

All color reservations over two hours require a $50.00 deposit upon booking.

Thank you for understanding that we reserve our time specifically for you, and cannot recover lost income due to cancelations without proper notice.
Cancelations with less than 48 hours notice will result in a fee of 50% of the booked services.

We are located at The Bend, upstairs in SOLA Salons inside Suite #2. Please text your stylist when you arrive, or come knock on our door.

Guests and children are NOT permitted to accompany you to your appointment, thank you for helping us keep our space a relaxing one.

All sales are final, but in the event you are not satisfied with the outcome, please communicate directly with your stylist to make adjustments.
