Before reserving salon services, we begin with a consultation, either virtually or in person. As a private studio with established artists, this allows us to understand your goals, assess the time needed, and ensure the experience feels aligned before moving forward.

A card on file is required for all reservations at HEX. Because appointments are time-based and held specifically for you, this allows us to protect the schedule in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.

Thank you for understanding that your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Because HEX is time-based, late cancellations leave time that cannot always be recovered or offered to another guest.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a fee of 50% of the reserved appointment time.

To preserve the calm and privacy of the studio, appointments are reserved for the scheduled guest only. We kindly ask that children, additional guests, pets, and outside visitors do not accompany you.

Outside food is not permitted. For longer reservations, HEX offers a curated selection of elevated refreshments to support your comfort while keeping the space clean, calm, and enjoyable for everyone.

HEX is located in the southwest at The Bend, upstairs inside SOLA Salons, Suite #2.

Please allow extra time for parking, as The Bend can be busy. Because appointments are time-based, arriving on time protects your reserved session, the guests scheduled after you, and the flow of the studio.

When you arrive, please text your stylist directly or knock on Suite #2. If we are finishing with another guest, we ask that you allow their reservation to close with the same privacy and care we’ll offer you when your time begins.

All sales are final. If something does not feel aligned with the outcome of your service, please communicate directly with your stylist within 7 days so we can assess what may be adjusted.

Adjustments are handled at the discretion of your stylist and are intended to refine the original service plan, not create a new result or change direction.

Our loyalty program is designed to support consistent care and continued maintenance.

Stars expire after 6 months and are not redeemable for cash, refunds, or appointment balances. Online retail purchases through Salon Interactive are still available for convenience, but no longer qualify toward HEX loyalty rewards.
